The national police have arrested three minors between the ages of 15 and 16, allegedly linked to the Latin gang of the Dominican Don’t Play (DDP). For allegedly killing another teenager with a knife at the gate of an institution in the Madrid neighborhood of Orcassur, According to Madrid Police Headquarters.
